FieldsDescriptions
Fiscal YearIt allows to select the Fiscal Year to generate the report. The Default value is the current fiscal year.
OrganizationIt allows the user to enter the Organization ID for the report as a filter. Users can select the department ID using the lookup feature.
CommentComment about the report to print on the output report.
 
Bank:Description fields to add bank name on the output report.
Addressee Name:Addressee Name fields to add bank name on the output report.
Bank Address:Bank Address fields to add bank name on the output report.
Budget Control Update Voucher
Lookup function to add Budget Control Update Voucher filter.

 

Sub Allotment Advice

Overview

This feature allows operating units to incur obligations within a specified amount during a specified period.

Filters

The following table lists and describes all visible fields for the Sub Allotment Advice, in their default order. Note that some fields depend on System Parameters and Rendering Control configuration to be visible and/or editable by users. Field names are subject to change through language label configuration.

OrganizationIt allows application users to select organization elements from lookup feature.
Budget Control Update VoucherIt allows application users to select budget control update voucher from lookup feature.
Addressee NameIt allows to add addressee name.
Addressee TitleIt allows to add addressee title.
Project TitleIt allows application users to select project title from lookup feature.

The following table describes actions associated with the depicted button image. Note that some images are associated with several buttons, used for more than one purpose within the Sub Allotment Advice feature.

Financial Plan Report

Overview

This report allows users to analyze OU/agency's performance in the current year and plans during the budget year in terms of obligation program, consistent with its budget level per National Expenditure Program (NEP) inclusive of automatic appropriations for the budget year.

Visible Fields

The following table lists and describes all visible fields for the Financial Plan Reportin their default order. Note that some fields depend on System Parameters and rendering control configuration to be visible and/or editable by users. Field names are subject to change through language label configuration. Report DateIt indicates the report generation date.
Report TimeIt indicates the report generation time.
User IDIt shows the user ID who generates the report.
Page NumberIt indicates the page number.
Report NameIt indicates the name of the report.
Filter CriteriaIt indicates the filters whatever selected by the user.
DepartmentIt indicates the concept department from organization segment
AgencyIt indicates the concept agency from organization segment
Operating UnitIt indicates the concept operating unit from organization segment
Organization Code (UACS)It indicates the code of the selected agency or operating unit. 
Report StatusIt indicates the current status of the BED Level selected.
UACS CODEIt indicates the UACS code for funding source and PAP.
Current Year's ObligationIt indicates the values from the current year obligation of BED 1
Budget Year Obligation ProgramIt indicates the values from the budget year obligation program

FieldsDescriptions
Fiscal YearIt allows selecting the Fiscal Year to generate the report. The Default value is the current fiscal year.
Fiscal Period FromThe Fiscal period from is read-only field. The initial fiscal period of the selected fiscal year as the report filter.
Fiscal Period ToThis field allows the user to select the fiscal period from the drop-down list as a filter for the report. It is the range between the fiscal period the user wants to generate the report.
DepartmentIt allows the user to enter the Department ID for the report as a filter. The user can select the department ID using the lookup feature.
CommentComment about the report to print on the report.
