This report allows users to consult information regarding Registry of Allotments and Notice of Transfer of Allocations.

Notice Of Transfer Allocation Report Screen and Tabs
Fields | Descriptions |
Fiscal Year | It allows to select the Fiscal Year to generate the report. The Default value is the current fiscal year. |
Organization | It allows the user to enter the Organization ID for the report as a filter. Users can select the department ID using the lookup feature. |
Comment | Comment about the report to print on the output report. |
Bank: | Description fields to add bank name on the output report. |
Addressee Name: | Addressee Name fields to add bank name on the output report. |
Bank Address: | Bank Address fields to add bank name on the output report. |
Budget Control Update Voucher | Lookup function to add Budget Control Update Voucher filter. |
This feature allows operating units to incur obligations within a specified amount during a specified period.

Users access Sub Allotment Advice from within the menu through this navigation path: Budget Management ► Philippines Budget Management Functions ► Philippine Budget Management Reports ► Allotment Management Reports ► Sub Allotment Advice
The following table lists and describes all visible fields for the Sub Allotment Advice, in their default order. Note that some fields depend on System Parameters and Rendering Control configuration to be visible and/or editable by users. Field names are subject to change through language label configuration.
Fields | Description |

Fiscal year | It allows application users to select fiscal year from drop-down list. |
Organization | It allows application users to select organization elements from lookup feature. |
Budget Control Update Voucher | It allows application users to select budget control update voucher from lookup feature. |
Addressee Name | It allows to add addressee name. |
Addressee Title | It allows to add addressee title. |
Project Title | It allows application users to select project title from lookup feature. |
