Unique identification code.

Active

Active status - if checked, Award Type is active.

Description

Description of the Award Type.

 
Procedure
 
User: Admin
 
  1. User is logged into the system.
  2. User goes to Award Type option.
  3. System presents Award Type form.
  4. User clicks on ‘Create’ Button.
  5. User fills out the Award Type information form presented by the system.
  6. User clicks ‘Save’ button to save the Award Type information.
  7. If users does not save the Award Type information, system does not record it and shows error message.
