Gross Monthly Income Report Screen Fields
| Fields | Description |
| Fiscal Year | This field refers to fiscal year. It is mandatory to be filled up by user. |
| Currency | Mandatory. User can filter by currency type. |
| Comment | Comment filled by user, to be presented on the report. |
