The system must have a list of people related with processes but people who are not internal or external users. For instance, people who are working in donor institutions (United Nations, World Bank) or even people who work inside the Government Institution but are not users of the system and they can be related to procurement process for instance.
This entity will have the names and contact information of other stakeholders in case there is a need of sending notifications, etc.
Other Stakeholders screen Fields
Field | Description |
Id | This is a unique auto-generated numeric code for every Other Stakeholders created |
Name | Name of the Other Shareholder is to be mentioned on this field |
Institution Name | This field’s information relates to the Name of the Institution where the stakeholder is working on |
Country | Country where the stakeholder is located is mentioned on this field form the dropdown box. |
Preferred Language | Stakeholders preferred language for correspondence is to be selected. |
Language | Country specific Language used to register reference is mentioned on this field. |
Reference | Brief reference of the stakeholder should be written over here |
Active | If checked, indicates that the Other Stakeholder is active. If not checked the Stakeholder can’t be selected again and it remains for reference purposes only. |
Addresses Tab | Collection of 1 or more addresses for the Other Stakeholder is mentioned on this field. |
Contacts Tab | Collection of 1 or more contact information (email, phone, fax, etc.) for the Other Stakeholder is entered on this field. |
