Overview
This report allows users to analyze OU/agency's performance in the current year and plans during the budget year in terms of obligation program, consistent with its budget level per National Expenditure Program (NEP) inclusive of automatic appropriations for the budget year.

Users access Financial Plan Report from within the menu through this navigation path: Budgeting & Appropriations ► Philippines Budget Management Functions ► Philippine Budget Management Reports ► Planning and Performance Management Reports ► BED 1: Financial Plan
Filters
The following table lists and describes all visible fields for the Financial Plan Report, in their default order. Note that some fields depend on System Parameters and Rendering Control configuration to be visible and/or editable by users. Field names are subject to change through language label configuration.

| Fiscal year | It allows application users to select fiscal year from drop-down list. |
| BED Level | It allows application users to select BED Level of budget execution docs from drop-down list. |
| BED Status | It allows application users to select BED Status from drop-down list. |
| Organization | It allows application users to select organization level from look up feature. |
Visible Fields
The following table lists and describes all visible fields for the Financial Plan Report, in their default order. Note that some fields depend on System Parameters and rendering control configuration to be visible and/or editable by users. Field names are subject to change through language label configuration. | Report Date | It indicates the report generation date. |
| Report Time | It indicates the report generation time. |
| User ID | It shows the user ID who generates the report. |
| Page Number | It indicates the page number. |
| Report Name | It indicates the name of the report. |
| Filter Criteria | It indicates the filters whatever selected by the user. |
| Department | It indicates the concept department from organization segment |
| Agency | It indicates the concept agency from organization segment |
| Operating Unit | It indicates the concept operating unit from organization segment |
| Organization Code (UACS) | It indicates the code of the selected agency or operating unit. |
| Report Status | It indicates the current status of the BED Level selected. |
| UACS CODE | It indicates the UACS code for funding source and PAP. |
| Current Year's Obligation | It indicates the values from the current year obligation of BED 1 |
| Budget Year Obligation Program | It indicates the values from the budget year obligation program |
Buttons
The following table describes actions associated with the depicted button image. Note that some images are associated with several buttons, used for more than one purpose within the Financial Plan Report feature.
