The Notification Format screen contains different document formats or templates that can be used for notification purposes. For example: Soliciting Format, Response, Announce, Cancel, etc.

ID | Unique auto-generated numeric code of the Notification Format |
Language | Country specific Language used. |
Name | Name of the Notification Format |
Description | Description of document, it can contain examples of the process where the document format could be used. |
Text | Standard text to be used within the document format. It can be more than one page. |
