Configuration Matrix Tab screen Fields
| Field | Description |
| From Fiscal Year | Fiscal Year from the Source Budget Version. |
| To Fiscal Year | Fiscal Year from the list of Destination Budget Version. |
| Percentage | Percentage to be added or subtracted (as per the selected Operand) to the selected Budget Plan amount(s). |
| Operand | Operand to apply with the Percentage entered by the user. |
